Registration is open!  Click here to register online. 

Upon successful submission of your registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.  If you do not receive this, please contact the ICOP Congress Secretariat to confirm receipt of your registration.

All fees quoted are in Canadian Dollars.

*Students must submit proof of full time student status to the ICOP Congress Secretariat (congress@venuewest.com) at time of registration.

Full Congress and Student registration fees include:

  • Congress booklet
  • 1 ticket to the Welcome Reception (Sunday, July 28, 2013, 18:00-19:30)
  • 1 ticket to the Farewell Reception (Thursday, August 1, 2013, 18:30-20:00)
  • Daily Refreshment Breaks (AM & PM)

Congress registration does not include breakfast and lunch.

Accompanying Person registration fee includes:

  • 1 ticket to the Welcome Reception (Sunday, July 28, 2013, 18:00-19:30)
  • 1 ticket to the Farewell Reception (Thursday, August 1, 2013, 18:30-20:00)

SOCIAL EVENTS
One ticket to the Welcome Reception and the Farewell Reception is included with the Full Congress, Student and Accompanying Person registration fee.  Additional tickets may also be purchased at the time of registration.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, cheque, bank transfer or electronic transfer.  Payments must be made in Canadian Dollars. Information on where to send cheque payments, bank transfers and electronic transfers will be included in your registration confirmation email. Note bank transfer payments are subject to a $30.00 CAD fee and must be included when submitting your registration fees.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Refunds of Congress registration fees paid, less a $100.00 CDN administration fee, will be granted until June 28, 2013. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THIS DATE. Cancellation must be received in writing to the ICOP Congress Secretariat Office at congress@venuewest.com before this date. Substitutions (ie. name changes) are allowed.
